your life, because it gives your attitude a healthy boost and when you exercise
regularly it can even keep you from depression. Exercise causes a relaxation
response that allows your more positive self to shine through.
Research has made our efforts even easier to attain. We now know that our 30 minutes of required exercise can be broken down into three ten minute sessions. We might even be able to fit exercise in as a brisk walk before work or a walking lunch
at work. We can go home and play briskly with the kids, it counts.
Some people feel they are taking away from family by exercising, but consider that
when you are less stressed, you are less irritable and that improves all of your
relationships. In fact, you would spread the health by taking them on a walk or
bike ride with you.
